I’ve picked up the Deluxe Edition on sale, after trying to play the original for like 14 years. I’ve been frustrated every time I’ve tried, but have finally managed to figure out how to play the game. I’m particularly excited about the convergence of stories between Alan and Control. An EPIC exclusive for the time being.
First impressions: it’s an extremely awful game, not in any way related to the first game. Total waste of money for me on two platforms. It’s not adventure, nor survival horror, just some bizarre mix of a company that had too much budget and could produce anything they wanted. Super disappointing!
